Founders
The United Framebreakers of the World was founded by Jimmy Owens & Hank Derb. We are a Pro-Human Rights, Anti-Capitalist, Anti-Imperialist, Anti-Industrialist & Anti-Fascist art collective that draws inspiration from the artists & revolutionaries of the past, transcendentalists, anarchists, absurdists, existentialists, situationists, stoics, punks, hicks, conservationists, eco-terrorists & from every person struggling against the rising tide of hate, greed, corruption, nationalism, religious extremism, nepotism, inequality, worker exploitation, environmental degradation & simulated existence being peddled, parsed, parceled, packaged & shoved down our throats.

Jimmy Owens
Jimmy Owens is a writer, musician and bartender with a background in journalism, education, advocacy for disability rights, coal mining and farming. He is an avid angler, enthusiastic outdoorsman and conservationist, as well as an optimistic marksman.
Hank Derb
Hank Derb is a graphic artist who has lived in different parts of the United States and may live there still.

I hoed and trenched and weeded,
and took the flowers to fair:
I brought them home unheeded;
the hue was not the wear.
So up and down I sow them
for lads like me to find,
when I shall lie below them,
a dead man out of mind.
Some seed the birds devour,
and some the season mars,
but here and there will flower,
the solitary stars,
and fields will yearly bear them
as light-leaved spring comes on,
